Joe Mastromonaco Joe heads up the operations of the Dartmouth Company’s newest office in Danbury, CT. Dartmouth has been working in throughout the Hudson Valley and State of Connecticut for the past 18 years and has now made a stronger commitment on the ground there to meet tenant requirements throughout the Hudson Valley and Connecticut. Joe worked for several years at Dartmouth’s Boston office and worked under David Smookler & Sean Gildea representing various tenants and landlords. He currently represents such tenants as Lazboy Furniture Galleries, Kay Jewelers, Sears Home Appliance, Bodyscapes Fitness, Sprint & Snipits with their expansion plans throughout the region.
