Sean Gildea Sean Gildea, partner, has been with The Dartmouth Company over twenty years. He represented a variety of retail tenants including Polo Ralph Lauren, Crate & Barrel and he has represented Barnes and Noble in their expansion throughout New England and Upstate New York for over 15 years. For a number of years, he was involved in the marketing of urban based properties, specifically targeting the Back Bay and Downtown Crossing areas. He has also handled the sale of numerous investment properties, marketed on a national level. More recently Sean has been working on the acquisition and development of retail properties for the Dartmouth Company principals.
