David Smookler David Smookler, partner in The Dartmouth Company, is involved in representing national retailers and developing expansion strategies for stores opening in the Northeast. David has worked with national retailers such as BJ's Wholesale Club, Lowe's Home Improvement, Tweeter, etc., Barnes and Noble Booksellers and Kohl's. He has also worked extensively with investment sales of large shopping centers.
