Scott Black Scott Black, senior vice president, joined The Dartmouth Company in 1992, after four years of brokering office/industrial properties. Scott specializes in tenant representation as well as land assemblages for both retailers and developers. He has worked extensively with Lowe's Home Improvement, BJ's Wholesale Club, Whole Food Markets and Kohl's. Scott graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in finance/marketing.
