Matthew Curtin Matt Curtin has been with The Dartmouth Company since 2003. Matt works in both project leasing as well as tenant representation. He is the exclusive broker for Cold Stone Creamery, Crate & Barrel, ULTA Beauty, Massage Envy, as well as other national and regional retailers. Matt also specializes in large project and lifestyle leasing. Matt currently represents over 2 million square feet in new retail projects including The Commons at Prospect Hill in Waltham, MA; South Cape Village in Mashpee, MA; Sharon Commons in Sharon, MA; and The Shops at Quonset in North Kingstown, RI.
