Sam Hawkey Sam has been with The Dartmouth Company since 1998 and is responsible for the New England roll-out of over 30 LA Weight Loss Center locations. He is a co-founder of the Urban Team and for the past four years has focused solely on leasing and investment sales in and around Boston. Since the Urban Team’s inception, Sam has completed over 25 lease transactions on Newbury Street alone, representing both tenants and landlords.
