Shannon E. Older Shannon Older, partner, joined The Dartmouth Company in 1992. In 1995, she relocated to Albany, New York when the firm established an office there to meet tenant requirements throughout upstate New York and the Hudson Valley. Shannon has worked with numerous tenants including Target, PetsMart, Circuit City, Barnes & Noble, Ulta, Inc., Thomasville Home Furnishings, Panera Bread, and TGI Fridays. She has also worked on the leasing of various retail properties, including the redevelopment of Post Road Plaza, a 200,000 sf power center in Poughkeepsie, New York and the Cor Retail Center, a 350,000 sf power center in Latham, New York.
