L.A. Weightloss

LA Weight Loss Centers came to The Dartmouth Company with no presence in the New England market. After forming an exclusive relationship with Dartmouth, LA Weight Loss was able to open over twenty locations in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island in less than two years. We are now handling their Connecticut market expansion. LA has been successfully referred to over twenty ChainLinks offices across the country proving Dartmouth to be an integral part of their national expansion.

Pet Supplies "Plus"

The Dartmouth Company has been the real estate broker for Pet Supplies "Plus" in New England and Upstate New York for over ten years. The Dartmouth Company has successfully completed twenty-one leases with Pet Supplies "Plus" during this time period. The Dartmouth Company supplied all the necessary data for Pet Supplies "Plus" to make informed and intelligent decisions to open stores. Today, there are over 180 Pet Supplies "Plus" stores in twenty-one states. The average space is 8,000 square feet.

Ruby Tuesday

Ruby Tuesday currently operates over 700 units throughout the country. The Dartmouth Company acts as the real estate manager for RubyÂ’s corporate in New England and upstate New York. Ruby TuesdayÂ’s grosses over $1.5 billion and is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

Exxon Mobil

Over the past three years, Dartmouth has represented Exxon Mobil on over thirty projects including site acquisitions, lease negotiations and sale of properties. A team of brokers from The Dartmouth Company has worked with Exxon Mobil throughout New England as well as Upstate New York.

Panera Bread

The Dartmouth Company's New York office assisted Panera in the opening of all of it upstate New York locations. Panera Bread currently operates over 750 units nationwide. Their unit size ranges from 4,000-4,500 square feet and they sell a wide array of freshly baked sweets, bread, sandwiched, and soups. Panera is traded on the NASDAQ and received the recognition in 2004 by J.D. Power and Associates for first place in customer satisfaction in its category.

The Dartmouth Company has acted as real estate advisor and broker to Tweeter, etc. for almost fifteen years. The Dartmouth Company has assisted Tweeter, etc. in their New England expansion as they have grown from a ten store chain in 1991 to over 170 locations today.
