The Dartmouth Company was retained by the owner of this former Bradlees anchored center to re-tenant and expand this aging property. The Boston and Albany offices worked in concert to secure long term commitments from six national tenants who today occupy over 140,000 square feet. Tenants for the property include Barnes and Noble, Michaels, Linens 'N Things, and Super Stop & Shop. The property, now 100% occupied, is one of the most successful power centers along the Route 9 corridor.
Landmark Center
This 1.5 million square foot building in Boston's Fenway neighborhood stood vacant for years. The Dartmouth Company was involved in the sale of the property and was then able to negotiate leases for 300,000 square feet of retail space. Tenants include: Best Buy, Staples, REI, AMC Cinema, Quiznos, Cold Stone Creamery, The Art Store and Bed, Bath and Beyond.
206-214 Newbury Street
The Dartmouth Company was retained by the owner of this former five-level building to lease over 28,000 square feet of space. We were able to net lease all five levels of office/retail space to Emporio Armani and Next, USA. This was one of the early multi-level redevelopments on Newbury Street and set the bar for many that followed.
