Dartmouth Company Secures Downtown Stamford, CT CVS Deal
The Dartmouth Company represented Seaboard Properties on the leasing of their property at 11 Forest Street in Stamford, CT. Joe Mastromonaco secured CVS Caremark as the anchor 14,000 sf tenant on behalf of Seaboard Properties in their mixed use development which also features apartment and condo units.
