Dartmouth Restaurant Advisory Services successfully disposed of eleven El Toritos Restaurants for Family Restaurant Group in an eighteenth month period.  The sites were located in Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey and were sold to various restaurants including TGIFridays, Paparazzi, Joe's American Bar and Grill, as well as other nationals.  Dartmouth Restaurant Advisory Services handled all aspects of the sales; coordinating permits and approvals, negotiating the purchase and sales agreements and finalizing lease transactions.
