Thomas Yee

Thomas Yee joined The Dartmouth Company in 2011.

Accomplishments:

Assisted in the implementation of Walgreens expansion program in Queens, Bronx and Brooklyn, NY.

Assembled over 60 locations in New England and The Tri- State area for Walgreens totaling in excess of  $150 million. 

Involved in leasing and development of over 2,000,000 sf of retail properties.
