This building is located at the corner of Washington Street and Franklin Street and is comprised of 105,000 square feet. The Dartmouth Company procured a buyer who purchased the building and air rights for a 500,000 square feet office tower development. The Dartmouth Company also assisted in leasing space to the following retail tenants: Marshalls, H & M, and TJ Maxx.
