Kohl's has three stores under construction
Kohl’s Under Construction in Northborough, MA (87,000 SF): Springfield, MA (64,000 SF): and Bedford, NH (87,000). The stores in Bedford and Northborough will be open in fall of 2011 and the Bedford, NH store will open in the spring of 2012. Dartmouth’s Scott Black and Peter Considine represent Kohl’s in these transactions.
