Ami Cipolla has been with the Dartmouth Company since 2004.

Memberships: ICSC, Licensed in MA and NY

Accomplishments:

Led the team that brought Circuit City stores to New England and upstate New York: Responsible for identifying and securing all locations and working closely with tenants and landlords.  Ultimately did 45 stores for Circuit City throught MA, RI, NH, ME, VT and NY.

Worked on the team that brought Ulta Cosmetics to Eastern New England with Matt Curtin.

Has exclusively represented many tenants over the years including Jo-Anns, Kay Jewelers and Famous Footwear.
