In 2003, Dartmouth's Urban Team was created to concentrate on retail leasing in Boston's urban neighborhoods and the immediate surrounding areas such as Cambridge and Brookline. Representing high-end retail and restaurant tenants is one of our specialties. We pride ourselves on forming strong relationships with urban landlords that enable our knowledge of available space before it is marketed to the public. The Urban Team also specializes in investment sales; we have recently completed a number of transactions ranging in value from $2 to $50 million.
